WARRANTY + RETURNS
We want you to feel confident with your purchase. We stand behind our products by offering a warranty that covers quality workmanship, materials, and defects in production for a period of 3 years from the original date of purchase. Please keep in mind that we cannot offer our warranty on cases of misuse or intentional destruction of our products. To submit a warranty claim, please fill out the warranty claim form found below.

We know that when you purchase our modern mailbox, you are making an investment in a product to enjoy for years to come. Sometimes in life things happen, delivery trucks, teenagers, etc. We have provided ongoing support for all our customers when life happens and are always available to help customers as needed to get their mailbox situation resolved and back to normal as quickly as possible. And though our products are custom, we keep a file of fabrication specifications so should something need to be remade, it is as simple as sending a file to a common metal fabricator to have the item remade new along with using our standardized RAL powdercoating colors to replicate the finish.
Items that are not customized can be returned within 30 days from the shipment date with a 15% restocking fee and the cost of shipping. We can only issue refunds back to original payment method and will be issued upon return of the product in like new condition. Custom items will be returned on an individual basis and are subject to the customization fee. Please fill out the returns / exchange form below to get started with this process.

DAMAGES + LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS
Please inspect your products upon arrival. Should any damages be found or any items are missing, please take photos of the damage as well as the packaging the product arrived in (see list below) and fill out the shipping damage form below immediately. All initial damage claims MUST be reported prior to installation of the product. Deus Modern is not liable for products damaged during the installation process.
The photos required for damage claims are as follows:
- Damaged merchandise inside the box displayed as it arrived to you.
- Packaging material.
- Damaged item outside of the box, clearly showing damage.
- A close-up of the shipping label with tracking number.
- 1 photo displaying the top and 2 sides of shipping box.
- 1 photo displaying the bottom and the opposite sides of shipping box.
In the rare instance of a lost or stolen item, Deus Modern will not be held responsible. Package liability is turned over to the customer at the time of shipment. We provide shipping confirmation with tracking information to the customer as soon as the order ships. It is the customer's responsibility to track the package and anticipate its arrival. Deus Modern will not be responsible for claims of theft when proof of delivery is verified by the shipping carrier.
