Our substantial 6x6 post — in-ground or surface-mount.

The 6" × 6" square aluminum post attaches easily to Waldo- and Bailey-style mailboxes with no extra hardware, and its non-rusting build keeps it looking sharp for years.

Features

  • Sets your mailbox at a 41" mounting height
  • In-ground post is 57" long with the extensions installed, designed to be buried 16" deep and set in concrete
  • Surface-mount option includes a 41" post and surface-mounting bracket (anchors not included)
  • Premium powder-coat colors that match our mailbox finishes

Ships in about 2–3 weeks, or with your mailbox when ordered together.

Yes, our mailboxes are designed to fit standard mounting brackets and can be installed on existing posts.

Q. What is the height of the text on the mailboxes?

Text height is approximately 2.5 inches and meets USPS visibility requirements.

Q. What do I do if my item is damaged in shipping?

LOVE my new mailbox!!

I was so excited to get my delivery! I ended up installing the post in the rain by myself because I couldn’t wait to put it up. Super easy to install. The quality of this product is superb. My overall experience was outstanding. Bonus - Several of my neighbors have commented on how beautiful it is and my postal carrier loves how large the box is.
